Cancellation and Refund

Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of items supplied by us, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. It is requested that the Customers place their orders after careful review and assessment as cancellation and refund are not possible.  Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded.


Vivero Garden believes in helping its customers have the best possible experience on its website. For the items sold, we offer replacement in the following circumstances:

  1. If the item/good delivered is not what you have ordered
  2. If the item/good is damaged during transit/delivery. For this, you will have to send us an image of the damaged plant as received on the day of delivery and not any later. Any request for replacement of damaged plant shall not be entertained if it is made after 24 hours of delivery.
  3. In case of occurrence of above two situations, please report the same to our Customer Service team, who after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
